Acharyaji is sharing knowledge of yog in the simplest way in the form of Pranayama & Meditation.Currently she is based in Rishikesh from past 8 years,with an experience of 15 years behind her.
Her experience speaks volume about her effectiveness which is regularly displayed in her classes .
She has been guiding Indian & foreign nationals towards leading a life full of abundance and inner richness.Students have regularly discovered the power of self healing through her, overcome negative patterns that they have been stuck in and learned to live life at its fullest.
Last but not the least They have learnt “HOW TO BREATH”.
